  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! The younger staff are always so polite, welcoming, and efficient — they actually take the time to talk with you, which makes you feel valued as a customer. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant. I’ve never had an issue coming here, and I truly appreciate the great service every single time!

  This store has zero responsibility. We have recently started a small business and use them for shipping they have lost two packages out of the 15 we shopped. That is roughly a little over 10% the same exact situation has transpired twice we have dropped our package off there and it never leaves the store disappears into thin Air. Dealing with UPS customer service is virtually impossible and if the store has zero accountability and gives you attitude customer service the situation becomes helpless. If I could give less than one star I would..

  Perfect example of how the little things mean so much. Went in to pick up a briefcase I ordered. The lady with dark, short hair, and glasses asked for my identification, said “here’s your box” and chose not to say thank you. If I were spending money, I would have opted out at that point and gone to another location. Does she realize or do her supervisors realize that the UPS Store has competition and that quality service makes all the difference? If they don’t, they know now. Do better.

  I had a mailbox here for over 2 years and have been coming here for 15 years to handle all of my shipping needs. The staff over the years have all been great. They were always helpful and kind and once I became a box holder they really got to know me and became what I would consider to be a friend. They knew me by name, had my packages ready and waiting for me, would stay late to get my things to me or put them where I could get to them. Thank you for all the years of excellent customer service! The manager Michael is great at his job and knows how to handle any issues that have come up for me asap. Christina and Kimberly always have a great attitude and smile on their faces. Wonderful customer service! That’s why I only come to this UPS store they are far superior to any of the others. Thanks for all your help!!!

  I come to this store often to ship my packages and I have to say that with in the past year I've seen a huge turn around in the store. The store is very clean and new staff are very kind and professional. Came in Monday (March 22,2021) and Mike (The Store Manager) along with Gabby saved me a trip to Kohls and helped me change my Amazon return to a UPS location. I dont ever do reviews but the experience I received at this location was exceptional.
