  I use this store often to drop off packages. My experiences have always been ok. On Thursday, Jan 22, 2026 at 1:27 pm I came in to drop off a package. It was a just a drop off, until the person started helping me! He looked at me, smiled, and greeted me. He asked me how my day was going. He responded to my answer. I asked him how his day was. He was pleasant and efficient. I did not get his name, but wow! His demeanor gave me the impression that I was important and also, that he enjoyed his job. It is the little things in life that boost us as people. Our interaction was probably less than three minutes. It was just a chore for me in the midst of a busy day, but it turned into a smile that stayed with me! Thanks UPS Store, and thanks to your employee! I gave the specific time from my receipt. I hope that helps figure out who it was!

  I’ve been a mailbox customer here for more than a year. I enrolled in mailbox services in December 2025 Even with the annoying parking situation, I still came to this location because it’s conveniently located close to my daughter’s daycare and they were so helpful when I was a new mom- I had heavy packages delivered there and they would always help me carry them to my car while I carried my newborn. Today I was told by Drew the Manager that they could not waive the $35 late fee for my mailbox services. As soon as I saw the last due notice I promptly came to pay it… but it seems they would rather lose $130 than waive a $35 late fee. Oh well. I gave 2 stars for the wonderful staff who were so helpful when I was a new mom. I wish I could give a higher rating but I want to make a point. 😂😂

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! The younger staff are always so polite, welcoming, and efficient — they actually take the time to talk with you, which makes you feel valued as a customer. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant. I’ve never had an issue coming here, and I truly appreciate the great service every single time!

  I had a mailbox here for over 2 years and have been coming here for 15 years to handle all of my shipping needs. The staff over the years have all been great. They were always helpful and kind and once I became a box holder they really got to know me and became what I would consider to be a friend. They knew me by name, had my packages ready and waiting for me, would stay late to get my things to me or put them where I could get to them. Thank you for all the years of excellent customer service! The manager Michael is great at his job and knows how to handle any issues that have come up for me asap. Christina and Kimberly always have a great attitude and smile on their faces. Wonderful customer service! That’s why I only come to this UPS store they are far superior to any of the others. Thanks for all your help!!!
