Not only did I not receive my package, I had to wait on the side and wait for 35 mins just to be told the package isn’t there after helping everyone else out. The package was scanned and should be there. It seems like Sunny was too busy, or overwhelmed. Very disappointed.
- GEGary EnochsNov 28, 20251.0Went to ship a package via media mail and ask for the USPS rate or cheapest for media mail. Price was $26 I canceled the transaction went to post office and mailed it for $6.72. Highly unsatisfied. Media mail is much slower, but is also trackable by the post office.
