The email they sent me told me where to return it but not how to package it. When I arrived at the store I had the item in an open box and the UPS store charged me just to tape the box closed. They never told me I needed to box it and seal it. I was lead to belive that would be covered 8n the cost of the return that the manufacturer had paid. What a SCAM. Pay for taping a box closed, ridiculous.
