  First time coming to this UPS Store… not a great experience. One employee, I believe the names Aidan, kept me waiting for what felt like an eternity to finish our interaction. There was absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I specifically chose this location because I was in a rush and it was nearby. Had I known it was going to take this long, I would have driven out of my way to the UPS store I normally go to!!!

  I was sending a return package where the company was paying return shipping. UPS was supposed to send me the instructions on how to package it and where to return it. The email they sent me told me where to return it but not how to package it. When I arrived at the store I had the item in an open box and the UPS store charged me just to tape the box closed. They never told me I needed to box it and seal it. I was lead to belive that would be covered 8n the cost of the return that the manufacturer had paid. What a SCAM. Pay for taping a box closed, ridiculous.
