  I needed the services of a notary and tried calling this store 4-5 times to find out if the notary would be there around 5:15. No one ever answered and there was no option to leave a message. I ended up going down there only to be told the notary leaves at 4:30. When I asked why they don’t answer their phone, I was told “we were very busy”. That is absolutely no reason to not answer your phone. Terrible customer service in my honest opinion.

  I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this instance warranted it. This location has an employee by the name of Dakota who is freaking awesome. We're going through a lot on our end dealing with a fair amount of red tape and bureaucracy while trying to help a family member who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and found ourselves in a time sensitive situation which required two emergency faxes, which we don't currently have the means to do on our end. I called and Dakota listened to my circumstances and was able to help get things done despite the fact I was pretty frazzed and stressed out. He came through in the clutch and helped us tackle an urgent matter which may very well lead to saving a life, so if Dakota hasn't received a raise yet, it's overdue. The compassion, empathy and patience he showed deserved commendation. This location has always been top tier. Great managers (I didn't catch the blonde lady's name but she was super helpful too), great employee's (especially Dakota), and just all around a positive experience.

  Honestly best store around town. I’ve been to other locations that are 30min late or take forever just to drop off a box. Employees greet you well in my experience.
