This is the second time I’ve come here hoping for a normal experience, and both times I’ve been met with the same cold attitude and complete lack of respect. When she claimed she was the manager, it honestly made things feel even worse—because if that’s the person in charge, what hope is there for the rest of the staff? It’s such a terrible feeling to walk into a place and be treated like you don’t matter. They don’t acknowledge you when you arrive, and when they finally look up, it’s with irritation, like your presence is a burden. No one deserves to be treated that way. I’ve lived in Riverside for over 30 years, and this experience was truly one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had at any business. I left feeling upset, disrespected, and honestly shocked that this kind of behavior is tolerated. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I really hope something changes here, because no customer should be made to feel this way.
