Every other employee does but the rude employees by the self printing don't? Maybe they're trying to avoid accountability

I told the girl with long black hair in a polite tone excuse me I need help with printing out my resume as it was my first time and she completely ignored me didn’t even look at me and walked off then I ask the other girl and she tells me what to do but In a very rude and off putting tone I asked her for help because my email wasn’t going through and neither of them could help me she instead ignored me and helped the man behind me I asked again and the girl with long black hair whispered something to her in Spanish and they both looked at me and laughed idk what’s so funny about emails im giving her the code and she’s acting like she can’t understand me then the girl with long black hair welcomes and helps the next person in line but couldn’t help me when I asked overall bad customer service and weird employees
