  That one girl is so passive aggressive and rude right from the get go. If you can help it, go to a different location and don’t give these people business. If you hate your job and random people so much, please do something that doesn’t involve dealing with others.

  Mary, who according to her badge has been with this location since 2020, was incredibly rude and impatient. I am not quite sure what brought on the attitude but I felt very disrespected by the way she answered my questions. In my mind, anyone in a customer-facing role should treat customers with respect and patience. We are not asking for assistance for free. We are paying customers.

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Natasha at this FedEx location. We needed a lot of help with a complicated situation, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She spent hours calling different FedEx offices across San Diego, patiently following up and making sure we were updated at every step. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into something manageable. Natasha, we are so grateful for all the time and effort you put in to help us. FedEx is very lucky to have someone like you on their team. 🙏

  I use FedEx Office Print & Ship Center from time to time. On my most recent visit, the lady at the front helped me repackage a valuable item I needed to send out. The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. This small store is located on Canyon Springs Parkway just south of the 60 freeway and west of Day Street, next to Rubio’s and across from Target. They have a couple parking spots specifically for FedEx customers but those are a little hard to get out of since it’s right next to the traffic stop. I would suggest parking just a few more steps out so you don’t get oncoming cars that could potentially sneak up and hit your vehicle. Overall, I was able to get my package shipped out with ease and it arrived in good condition during the promised time.
