We needed a lot of help with a complicated situation, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She spent hours calling different FedEx offices across San Diego, patiently following up and making sure we were updated at every step. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into something manageable. Natasha, we are so grateful for all the time and effort you put in to help us. FedEx is very lucky to have someone like you on their team. 🙏
- WLWendy LOct 17, 20255.0I use FedEx Office Print & Ship Center from time to time. On my most recent visit, the lady at the front helped me repackage a valuable item I needed to send out. The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. This small store is located on Canyon Springs Parkway just south of the 60 freeway and west of Day Street, next to Rubio’s and across from Target. They have a couple parking spots specifically for FedEx customers but those are a little hard to get out of since it’s right next to the traffic stop. I would suggest parking just a few more steps out so you don’t get oncoming cars that could potentially sneak up and hit your vehicle. Overall, I was able to get my package shipped out with ease and it arrived in good condition during the promised time.

They were inundated with returns, charged me for a signature, but tossed the documents on the front step. So your company was next. I have to say at first I had a real bad experience with two of your locations but they were not actual FedEx offices so I just left them. What a relief that the Third office was an actual FedEx. The two women there were highly efficient and worked extremely well, together and handled the customers ahead of me very quickly. I am definitely coming back.

- JJJohnAug 19, 20251.0FedEx Wi-Fi is painfully slow the connection lagged the whole time. I tried to get help, but there was a long line and the attendant never came over. In the end, the machine ate the money I loaded without actually printing my document. I tried logging out didn’t fix it and it was just too slow . Printing here is also way overpriced compared to other options. If you need a simple print job, skip FedEx. Just get a free library card and print at your local library $0.20 per page and it actually works. I’m disappointed because FedEx basically took my money without providing the service. If your internet or system is down, at least tell customers upfront. Ps: I am young and tech savvy and I encountered this !
