I finally started commenting about it to my husband, loud enough for her (and the people she was being rude to) about how unnecessary it was for her to be condescending to people asking how to do what she sent them away to do or how they packaged things. Other employees noticed her as well, and were giving sideways glances, but didn’t speak up to better explain her vague instructions and information. I even told my husband that I hoped we got her, because I wasn’t going to put up with that treatment. We did end up at her window. She couldn’t be nicer. The male employee had a little smile on his face. The the other two employees, a tall, slender woman and a dark haired male were very kind and helpful to their customers, as they always have been in the past.
