- KNK Newton5 days ago5.0I arrived to this USPS before 9 a.m. believing it was open at 8:30 a.m., actually the lobby is open, and the clerk promptly and punctually open the front desk. It has a small but convenience parking lot. The clerk was so friendly, helpful, and carefully and professionally listened to my question, and suggested the best option for me!!! Super happy with my overall experience at this location.
- TPThomas PhavongAug 12, 20251.0I hate to leave a bad review for my local post office but it has to be done. This post office is always a hit or miss and never reliable. I come here 5 days a week and it's only open 60 to 70% of the time I'm here. I'm not surprised when I see a sign up showing that the office is temporarily closed. I mean hire some more people or something! You got a business to run. I end up going to another nearby reliable post office but I feel like I shouldn't have to. Get it together.

These things are full of toxic chemicals. When I said that it's hard on me, she said I should leave. I had already been there a while and wanted to just be done. But I won't go there again until I know that they've stopped using it.
