- SUStephanie Ung1 day ago1.0They don’t scan packages left at the sign to leave prepaid packages here. I need physically watch lady scan the item. I have so many customers ask when will I ship their package when it was dropped off couple days ago. Lady will not greet you or answer your questions. She will just say it’s scanned and shipped.

- ATAlbena TrandevaJul 14, 20251.0Our wonderful post office lady was substituted, and unfortunately, the post office was closed at least two hours before the usual 5 pm closing time. To make matters worse, they didn’t even leave a note. I arrived at 3:10 pm on Thursday, July 10th, and waited for an hour before giving up. I returned 45 minutes later, around 4:45 pm, only to find that the post office was still closed. Several people came, waited, and then left, only to return later. In total, we all wasted about two hours. A simple note would have prevented this inconvenience. The next morning, I went back to the post office, only to be turned away once again. Apparently, they didn’t have money orders, which I believe is not true since this only happens when someone is filling in for our regular, lovely person. I asked what had happened the previous day, and they said they had to close early. I then asked why they didn’t leave a note to inform the community, but they said they didn’t want to get in trouble with their supervisor. What?! I ended up wasting two days and still had to go to a different post office to get a simple money order. Please do leave a note if you need to close early and please do better!

- KSKate SApr 20, 20212.0Slow, rude, not helpful people working here. Asked about prices for international shipping and lady couldn’t explain difference between first class (which turned out to be the cheapest) and express. Always a line of 5-7 people that is loving very slow.
