- ATAlbena TrandevaJul 14, 20251.0Our wonderful post office lady was substituted, and unfortunately, the post office was closed at least two hours before the usual 5 pm closing time. To make matters worse, they didn’t even leave a note. I arrived at 3:10 pm on Thursday, July 10th, and waited for an hour before giving up. I returned 45 minutes later, around 4:45 pm, only to find that the post office was still closed. Several people came, waited, and then left, only to return later. In total, we all wasted about two hours. A simple note would have prevented this inconvenience. The next morning, I went back to the post office, only to be turned away once again. Apparently, they didn’t have money orders, which I believe is not true since this only happens when someone is filling in for our regular, lovely person. I asked what had happened the previous day, and they said they had to close early. I then asked why they didn’t leave a note to inform the community, but they said they didn’t want to get in trouble with their supervisor. What?! I ended up wasting two days and still had to go to a different post office to get a simple money order. Please do leave a note if you need to close early and please do better!

Had a super friendly women help me, answered a couple questions and took care of my packages. She asked me to complete a survey which I did with positive reviews! I go today, place was empty again but everything else was the opposite. Dani who was working was not in a good mood. She was not wearing a mask or gloves which seems insane right now (women last week had both). Couldn't wait to get out of there. No surprise she didn't ask me to do a survey!
