  Acabo de ir y la enpleada de ahora fue alas 5:00 me trató como el revés de su calzón neta quiten ese personal joven y mal educada no ayuda mis paquetes tirados allí que mal 👎 no volveré jamás hay gente que nesesita trabajo y estás con caras de amargadas esta jovencitas denle ese trabajo a gente que si quiere superarse uno debe tratar ala gente con respeto y esas no ayudan y si lo hacen con cara horrible ese lugar no lo recomiendo vaya otro lugar mejor cero estrés cero enojos no hay un trato allí 👉 tiene mala reseñas.

  The first person to serve me greeted me "angry" and with an attitude as I asked them if they could print a label for me and that I needed a box to send back internet equipment. She stared at me and said, "yeah, email your label here <pointing to a sign on the counter> then said, "so you need a box?" I answer with a smile, "Yes, please." she then mumbles to the next woman behind the counter. The next woman comes up also with no joy, actually looking like she's fearful, and won't even speak to me. I realize I have mis-typed the email. I get the first woman's attention to tell her I need to send it again and am sorry. She interrupts me and says, "She's helping you now" and points to the "scared woman." then a third woman comes up and says the box I am going to send the equipment back in is $10. I say, "that's weird. the box I had to buy 2 days ago to also send equipment back was $7-something. why is it more when it's a smaller box?" I didn't say this harshly but asking. Woman 3 answers, "Look, I haven't even spoken to you before. Hit the link to bring up a mobile scan so we don't have to get an email for your label. This is a custom box that's why it's what it costs. I don't want any trouble or drama." I say, "I didn't bring any drama or trouble. I was asking." She thrusts the receipt at me and walks away.

  I just read a couple of the other one star reviews and they are in line with my opinion, that you should be able to expect a store that claims to offer shipping solutions, to offer shipping solutions. This store does not agree. When I got to the UPS store, I opened my FedEx letter-sized envelope to check that all the necessary documents were inside before shipping. After entering, I asked one of the two women behind the counter for an envelope, and she gave me a letter-sized one. I requested a legal-sized envelope, but instead, she handed me a letter-sized bubble bag, explaining that was all they had available. I clarified that I needed to ship a legal-sized document without folding it. She suggested I try another store. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she wasn't there but would return tomorrow. I asked, “So you’re telling me that even with a printed UPS overnight air label, you can’t send a legal document overnight without bending it?” Both women just stared at me, so I repeated the question, and they confirmed they could not accommodate my request. Wanting to ensure I was clear before calling the manager, I left for my car but realized I didn’t have time to go elsewhere to meet the overnight deadline. I went back inside and found the women on speakerphone with the manager, who offered to speak with me. However, I asked them to send my package first, since that was my main concern. As my frustration grew with their apparent lack of assistance, I ended up purchasing an $8 roll of shipping tape to secure the original FedEx envelope myself. The women continued to snicker and laugh. At one point, I think I said something like, “Go ahead, laugh—just do your job.” Then one of the women brought the phone over with the manager on speaker. I heard the manager asking if I was still present and saying they needed to make me leave. Without hearing my side, the manager told me to get out of the store. I asked, "Are you talking to me? What did I do?" The manager informed me that I was required to leave the store and could no longer interact with her employees. Had her staff dedicated some of the time spent conversing and contacting the manager towards assisting me, the situation may have been resolved more efficiently and without frustration. The behavior exhibited was unexpected and did not demonstrate professionalism. As a longstanding UPS customer who has frequently rented personal mailboxes—including most recently from 2019-2024 in Rohnert Park—I generally expect a high level of service. Earlier the same day, I visited a UPS location in San Francisco and found their service to be exemplary. Is it really too much to ask that a store that offers shipping solutions, to do so?
