  I don’t typically write reviews, but after repeated experiences, I feel it’s important to share this feedback. Unfortunately, my interactions with one of the managers have consistently been unpleasant. She frequently comes across as rude and dismissive, often speaking to me in a condescending manner, which I find inappropriate as a paying customer and a grown adult. I have noticed that her attitude seems to vary depending on her mood, the majority of my interactions with her have been uncomfortable. I am always respectful, quiet, and simply come in to complete my transaction or returns and leave. I do not cause issues or make complaints, so I do not understand the repeated negative treatment. I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of personal mood. Unfortunately, this behavior has occurred too often to ignore, and I hope management addresses this moving forward. On the other hand, the other two lovely lady one with the glasses and the other blonde slim one are both very nice and sweet and helpful.   Terrible customer service 👎🏼👎🏼😓😓 This UPS location fails at basic customer service. Rude, unhelpful, and provide incorrect information. They clearly need serious training on professionalism, accuracy, and treating customers with respect !!! I came to send my passport overnight shipping and buy a return label. The employee at the front desk heavy blond woman falsely claimed UPS “doesn’t do return labels which I knew wasn’t true. When I ask another employee she even stopped her from helping me because she had a bad experience with another customer had to pay extra for over weight for return label. She cannot change the company policy based on her experience and give false information! Completely rude, unprofessional, and misinformed! I went to another UPS store, and they completed the same task in 5 minutes with no issues. The difference in service was shocking!

  The heavy blonde woman is one of the worst employees of any company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She always has an awful attitude toward customers and has been incredibly rude each time I go to this store. I asked for her name and she said I could go to another store and that she was entitled to refuse service to me. I've been coming here for years and the interactions with other employees have been fine. If I go there and she's at the counter I can guarantee that some discourteous interaction will happen; if not with me, with someone else. She is not a friendly person. Edit: I had shipped a return out of this place when the awful person was working. Today I was notified by the recipient that the box was open and the item was damaged. I can't prove that she did this, but this is the first time I've had something like this happen. I would not be at all surprised if she had a hand in the box being opened and my item being damaged.

  I’ve come here many of times to return items and today was the worst experience. I am not sure why the woman behind the counter was taking everything personal and decided to argue with me instead of deescalating the situation. Do better!
