Theres a lady there named Annette who is always rude and intrusive..I go at least twice a week to this post office and whenever I get this woman she’s always asking me what I’m mailing and she shakes my package which I don’t really like…it’s none of her business as long as I follow the shipping policy.

Everytime I've went here the staff is very nice. Sometimes there's a long line but just have to be patient.

The workers are always very helpful and always nice! Thanks for always providing me with such amazing service! There’s customers that walk in and feel entitled to quick service but if they only wait five minutes they will get to you. The world does not evolve around you. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart

Ridiculous, Monday is known to be a busy day for post offices. They had one person tending alllll of these people. I waited an hour just to drop off two packages and receive the tracking codes. Staff was stressed and everyone else was upset, many hoping to drop off something during their break but intimidated by the line. Also keep in mind I was at the end of the line at one point this photo was taken when more people came in. Management needs to do better this is ridiculous and a lazy way to run a federal building, HIRE MORE STAFF you’re overworking your employees.

Date of visit: 08/08/25 Location: Rialto Post Office If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I normally don’t care to write reviews, but the employees here irked me so badly that I had to. I went in at 4:30 PM to drop off a package. They close at 5 PM, so I expected a quick, straightforward process. There were only three people in line and two workers. One worker wandered around pretending to be busy while ignoring customers. After 10 minutes, she finally called me over—wearing a face of pure disgust. Before even acknowledging me, she stared at her Apple Watch and read multiple messages, as if my presence was an inconvenience. She then made a snarky comment about how I taped my box, which was completely unnecessary. While supposedly “helping” me, she began instigating with her coworker about another customer—loud enough for everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional. The worst part? When the transaction was over, she quickly tapped the feedback screen herself—marking “great service” before I could give my honest opinion. I don’t think the manager will ever read this, but I felt I needed to share my experience. Hopefully, they reconsider who they hire, because this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism drives customers away. This is exactly the kind of rude, dismissive behavior that gives the post office a bad reputation.
