The lady that helped me today(tall, dark, hispanic young lady) seemed bothered when I asked her a question, didn’t wish to go above and beyond. I will never return. It’s so sad that people are not willing to help even if they are asked in a couteous and kind way by an older woman such as me! 😔

I had some Amazon returns and was told to scan the QR codes for each return myself, which was a new request for me, as the store associate usually scans my phone themselves. The ask was not the problem, however. It was when the scanner was not reading the code and I removed the scanner from the cradle to scan my phone, that I got a rude response from "Maria" who said the scanner did not need to be removed with attitude and then she took the scanner and put it back on the cradle with more attitude. I mentioned that I didn't expect to get attitude during my visit and after asking for her name and saying I would report her, she called for her "manager " to come out. I recognized the "manager" although I didn't think she was really the manager, as I know who is and it wasn't her (Allie, who is very good). The manager stuck up for "Maria" and said that the scanners are new and take some time to scan, even after I explained that this was something new for me and the scanner wasn't reading the barcode while on the cradle since you have to line it up just right. I expressed my dissatisfaction with both "Maria" and this "manager" (name started with the letter 'B'), and how the attitude wasn't necessary and the "manager" did not do a good job resolving the issue, unlike Allie who ive known to be a good manager and i see often.. I will never set foot in this location again!!
