- ALAlvaro leonMar 19, 20261.0Muy mal servicio parece que estoy pidiendo gratis y el viejo de nombre gazi es muy grosero pedí hablar con alguien más y dijo soy el dueño y no puedes hacer nada ojalá y cierren pronto esta tienda reportare a la ciudad los malos tratos, para que les cierren el local solo dejan en mal el nombre de ups y en servicio al cliente te dicen que es ajeno a ellos que es por corporación que puedo ir a otra ubicación 🤷

- SLSilda LeonMar 19, 20261.0En octubre del 2025 pagué una membresía por un año por mi negocio y lleve todos los documentos y sacaron copias y resulta que ellos jamás me notificaron que no hacían entregas a apartados postales y hoy que hice un envío y mi cliente no lo recibió, hablé al servicio a cliente donde me notificaron que ellos no hacen entregas en apartados y si no se me notificó tengo el derecho de pedir mi reembolso y al revisar servicio al cliente sorprendido me dijo no aparece sus datos tiene que ir a la tienda y solicitar su número de cuenta y cancelación y proceder al reembolso por los meses que faltan y sorpresa al llegar a la tienda el folder de mis datos está vacío sin documentos y alegan que no lleve los documentos cuando si lleve todo y aparte ellos sacaron copias de todo y dicen que no me darán reembolso y que cancelarán el servicio y que entregue la llave del buzón, son unos rateros pero ya me hablaré con mi abogado porque tengo los comprobantes de pago por más de 500 dlls y les dije revisa las cámaras de ese día y la hora que está en mi recibo para que veas cómo tomaste los documentos y les sacaste copias y me colgaron así solucionaron, Pésimo servicio y más con el viejo 👴 ese en vez de ayudar hace más problema.
