If I could give them zero stars I would. I honestly hate this place. Every visit feels like punishment. The lines are long and painfully slow, and the employees are without a doubt the rudest clerks I’ve ever dealt with. Every single one of them looks miserable and takes it out on customers attitude, talking back, eye-rolling, you name it. Out of the four clerks working that day, not one was helpful or even remotely kind. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and they told me to wait off to the side. I waited… and waited… and waited. After standing there forever, another rude clerk actually asked why I was standing there, and when I told her I was waiting for a supervisor, she completely ignored me and walked away. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. I never got to speak to anyone. This has to be the worst postal office in the entire valley, and with the constant complaints people have, it blows my mind that nothing is ever done to fix it. The service is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is even worse. Avoid this place if you can.

Long live the United States Postal Service! I've always had good experiences at this Post Office. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I've always been able to find parking in the parking lot and the overall atmosphere is clean and orderly. Thank you postal workers!

Literally sucks don’t go here. Anywhere else but here the workers hate their life and their job. I think they hate themselves so much they take it out on the customers. I wish I got there names but it was a old lady w curly hair and a brown skin lady they need to be fired cuz they hate themselves.

I regularly ship packages from this post office. The clerks are polite and do their job well, but there is a recurring issue with the label printer: after printing 3–4 labels, it jams and causes long delays. The clerks try to fix it themselves, even using hand moisturizers to clean parts, but they are not technicians — it is not their fault. The real problem is that Supervisor Gonzalez repeatedly fails to arrange proper maintenance. I spoke with him about this about three weeks ago and warned that I would file a complaint if it happened again. This week, the same issue occurred, and my shipment took more than 1.5 hours. This problem has been happening for about a year. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to ensure that equipment is serviced and operational. Please take action regarding this situation and ensure that proper maintenance is provided.
