The real problem is that Supervisor Gonzalez repeatedly fails to arrange proper maintenance. I spoke with him about this about three weeks ago and warned that I would file a complaint if it happened again. This week, the same issue occurred, and my shipment took more than 1.5 hours. This problem has been happening for about a year. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to ensure that equipment is serviced and operational. Please take action regarding this situation and ensure that proper maintenance is provided.
