- MSMia SurlsFeb 24, 20213.0Normally my deliveries are great so no complaints about my actual delivery person. However, mid pandemic, they decided to replace my neighborhood's mailboxes. No notice. When I called, I spoke with a Randy who never apologized for the inconvenience and just walked through all the ways in which my life would be better when my mailbox was back IN A WEEK. I asked him why I didn't get a notice several times, he said they don't give notices because they don't know when it's going to be replaced by the contractor. Why wasn't I notified when my box was suddenly missing? I had packages in the mail and I depended on the postal service to deliver on time. Randy directed me to pick them up at the Rescue post office, which closes before I'm off work and opens after I start work. I'm having mixed emotions about the number of stars...right now, I feel like one. Normally delivery is dependable though so I guess I'll go with the middle ground and say three. All I wanted was a notice. Instead, I had to call, thinking my mail had been stolen.
