It took 5 visits to complete a simple fingerprinting appointment. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of the staff is appalling for a federal agency. This location is a disgrace to the USPS name. Do your job or shut down the fingerprinting service.

Today was slower with no wait. I just stopped by to drop off an online purchase for a return and had a lovely chat with one of the team members about stamps! I’ll be back.
