- NWNoah WoltersDec 26, 20251.0This is the worst post office I have ever been at. I have had a PO Box here for 6 months and they consistently do not deliver my mail. The staff is rude, and withhold my packages from me, when they had been delivered many days ago.

We often go several days without receiving mail or packages after it’s been delivered , we can only guess when it appears in our box. The staff is also very reluctant to communicate on that matter, we’ve never experienced anything so bizarre at any other location as we have here.

The doors to the post office on Jefferson have been broken for over 6 months, with a sign on the door saying they have ordered parts and will repair the door when they come in. 6 months? In the meantime because they aren't taking care of these doors in a timely manner, there is no weekend access to our PO Boxes. When I purchased my PO Box, I was sold on having access 7 days a week and for the past 6 months I have only had 5 days a week access, making the gathering of my mail very difficult with my work schedule. I can't be the only one that is perturbed and annoyed with the situation.

I wish USPS had the resources to put some more cash into this location so there could be two people working there and eliminate the mid-day closure, but that's a policy problem and not on the employees.
