I came here for passport services after mine was stolen, and it was the only place that had an appointment right away when no one else in SF could help. Everyone was so pleasant and made me feel like a human during a stressful time. Ping (I think that was her name) had such amazing customer service and was such a kind person. Highly recommend this location!

Note: if you have a lengthy project for USPS, arrive earlier than 5:25pm Story time: I was rushing to get a birthday gift sent to my nephew and arrive at this USPS location 10 minutes before closing. There was a woman ahead of me who brought 10+ letters that all have to be sent certified mail, with each one taking a few minutes to process. Sue was patient with us, asked all the people in line if they were okay waiting, and meticulously processed everyone’s shipment. She did so even though she had been here all day and it resulted in her staying much after she should have been on her way home. Sue, thank you for everything you do!!!
