Nothing oversized, nothing fragile, nothing unusual. The store owner was extremely rude and dismissive when I questioned the charges. Worst place ever. Avoid at all costs.

We’ve been loyal patrons for years under Samir’s ownership, but under this management, there is no reason to ever return. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS LOCATION!

- SSSSNov 26, 20251.0This is the worst ups store ever. They make it a difficult time for me EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff apparently think that’s because they are better trained than the staffs at other stores. I would not come if it was the closest near me. Sincerely avoid them if you can!
- YLYun LiNov 24, 20251.0They charge me $3.99 each for printing shipping labels (I was shipping 2 boxes so they charged me $7.98 plus tax…) also charged another $3 for just taping the top of the box… but this is not the end of the story, I went through this store’s google reviews, looks like they charge other person only $1.99 for printing labels???
