The selling point is supposed to be that they are box-free returns, you show up at a UPS store with your item and QR code and they take care of the rest. This is not something you get a choice in depending on the company that you purchased from, it is the only option for returns at some companies. The day I went in there was a line because there was only one employee working and she was helping somebody with their fingerprints. I waited because I understand first come first served. When it was my turn, the lady working there told me that I needed to buy packages for my items. I tried to explain to her that that is not part of the happy return system. While she was helping me, she was also talking to a delivery driver and trying to take customers that were in line behind me, which was very rude considering that I waited patiently for my turn. In the end she would not take my returns without me purchasing packaging and said I should complain to Amazon when they were not Amazon items. Please train your employees better and learn the rules of your own company. The next time I needed to go to UPS, I went to the one on Woodside Road and didn’t have any issues.
