  Over the past two weeks I’ve been working on several projects that required multiple visits to FedEx, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Fabricio Aviles, the store assistant manager. I can honestly say the level of service he provided was exceptional. Fabricio handled a wide range of requests for me—some of them pretty complicated—and every single time he delivered. He was patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get things done. Even when I came in with unusual or difficult requests, he found a way to make it happen and made the entire process feel easy. What really stood out to me is how consistently professional and helpful he is. Because of my experience, I ended up sending five different friends to that location over the past couple of weeks for their own shipping and printing needs. Every one of them came back saying the same thing: they never expected a trip to FedEx to be such a positive experience, and it was entirely because of Fabricio. FedEx is very lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.

  Their network didn't work so nothing to do but come again later... Loss of time for a system that doesn't work. Their staff unfortunately wasn't empowered to do anything about it.

  Just spoke with Fabricio - very nice individual - explained everything to me that I was trying to figure out. Good customer service skills.
