I was traveling for a work event and had artwork shipped to my hotel to arrive the night before, only to find out at 6pm that my shipment was delayed and would not arrive in time for my event. In a total panic, I called this FedEx location just a few hours before closing, and the staff could not have been more helpful, kind, and efficient. They quickly walked me through how to send them my file, and within 30 minutes, they had my copies printed and they looked great! They completely saved my event and saved me from an immense amount of stress. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond like that, but this team truly did. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Huge thank you to the staff for their professionalism, compassion, and speed. You turned a near disaster into a success!
