I came to drop off my packages at one of their small docks at the front counter and the first dock was full so I approached to drop off my packages at the next dock and the girl with the red hair was very aggressive and rude, almost as if she wanted to come out and fight me. She said I couldn’t drop off my packages until it was my turn in line. I’ve done this before at other post offices and I’ve never had any issues dropping off my boxes like this. I’ve never been told not to drop off my packages the way I did, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude that the worker was giving me. There’s a better way to communicate things rather than acting like you want to fight the customer. Thanks.

On December 15, 2025, I was treated in an impatient, rude, and sarcastic manner by a front desk employee named Crystal. The customer before me was treated similarly, and several people in line appeared uncomfortable with the way customers were being spoken to. The interaction left me extremely nervous and unsure whether my transaction was completed correctly. Another employee later attempted to help, but the overall environment remained tense and unprofessional. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a post office. I will not be returning to this location and hope management addresses this so other customers don’t go through the same experience.
