- RKR KApr 4, 20261.0Depends who you get. Last week the person was knowledgeable and helpful. This week, the person didn't really know their job and gave me wrong info. They were rude. After I left th post office, I had to spend half an hour on the phone USPS to get things straightened out. Also...there were 10+ people in line when 2 reps and a manager left to take their break, leaving ONE person working at the counter.
