I don’t think I will ever return to this post office ever again. I came to drop off my packages at one of their small docks at the front counter and the first dock was full so I approached to drop off my packages at the next dock and the girl with the red hair was very aggressive and rude, almost as if she wanted to come out and fight me. She said I couldn’t drop off my packages until it was my turn in line. I’ve done this before at other post offices and I’ve never had any issues dropping off my boxes like this. I’ve never been told not to drop off my packages the way I did, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude that the worker was giving me. There’s a better way to communicate things rather than acting like you want to fight the customer. Thanks.

Very disappointing experience at this USPS location. On December 15, 2025, I was treated in an impatient, rude, and sarcastic manner by a front desk employee named Crystal. The customer before me was treated similarly, and several people in line appeared uncomfortable with the way customers were being spoken to. The interaction left me extremely nervous and unsure whether my transaction was completed correctly. Another employee later attempted to help, but the overall environment remained tense and unprofessional. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a post office. I will not be returning to this location and hope management addresses this so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

I don't know what it is about postal workers not wanting to do their job, but this place is a prime example of it. I was in line behind a few people, and one person in front of me had a large stack of envelopes to mail. They opened a second window because that person was taking a while to finish. When I handed the worker my packages. She said next time I should go to another post office with this many packages. I asked why, and I guess if there's a line she can only scan 4 of my packages. I had about 10, pre labeled. I just shook my head because I'm tired of arguing with these lazy people on made up policies they have, and would rather sit and do nothing than help a customer. They're not worth my time to argue with so I got my receipt and left, and just want to give a warning to everyone else to not go here because who knows what else they'll refuse to do.
