- JDJenn DOct 24, 20251.0I would give 0 stars if I could. The two ladies in passport services were very aggressive and rude, over a simple passport question I had. What on earth could upset them so much about a question that they should yell at an obviously pregnant customer at 9:30 in the morning? Other customers waiting who saw the interaction even consoled me after seeing what happened, without me saying anything to them. Then the worker took one photo, printed it out without showing me and my eye was half closed. I asked to take another and she refused, saying she’d have to charge me double. I left without the photo it was THAT bad, and another nice person in line literally laughed with me because it was so undeniably TERRIBLE. It’s unfortunate that our taxes pay for this office just to deal with miserable people. The current 2.2 star rating isn’t low enough. They don’t care about who they are helping and the government doesn’t care to hire quality employees here anyway. Like most other terrible reviews specifically about the passport workers at this office, I’ll submit a complaint and they should be investigated.
