Door open, I go in and they tell me they are closed. No notice on the door. I ask if they can just scan my packages. They say no and send me out. WHO CLOSES AT 3 PM ON A WORK DAY AND THEN IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS? 2 days before, I went to the same store. There was a long line out the door. Takes for ever, the clerks seem very disorganized. A woman cones out from the back and starts to pre scan people with simple returns and then sends me to another long line. She then proceeds to scan custpmers who just arrived and sends them to another just open line so folks who just arrived get served way before those of us who have been waiting. For the price of their shipping, I expect much better customer service.

Ups didn't send it and kept it at the store. Currently not answering my phone calls. Only robots claiming to be closed on Sunday when they are clearly open. 2nd email saying its at the ups store and its not there still. Waste of time.

This was my first time at this location, and I had several large boxes to return. I was clearly struggling with the door, yet Jackie just stood behind the counter staring at me and was rude throughout the entire interaction. The customer service was terrible and far from friendly. Some of my items were Kohl’s drop-offs, and as I was leaving, Renee was vacuuming and saw me struggling with the door as well, but did not offer to help in any way. The staff here were not courteous or welcoming at all. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
