- THTim Hennessey3 days ago1.0DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM TO GET A PASSPORT!!! ITS A SCAM!!! Most may know but we did not. You pay them unnecessary amount for a passport and then they send you to an accredited passport representative and had you just went to the accredited agency first you would have saved yourself hundreds of dollars, in my case $360.

- PBPaul BOct 7, 20251.0They take advantage of older customers in order to make more money. I sent my mom a FedEx OneRate label to ship with a Small FedEx Express box, which is supposed to be free. They told my mom that it was not free and they recommended they purchase a non-FedEx box instead. Now instead of the less than $15 shipping under One Rate (which includes free FedEx Small Box), I'm being charged full Two-Day Air at around $50, and my mom paid $11 for a box that they didn't need. Very disappointing.

- GGGenesisAug 11, 20251.0I went in person on a Saturday to place an order for 5x7 inch cards to be printed in color and was told they would be ready by the next day, Sunday. By Monday I had not received a call back so I called the store and the person answering the phone said, "oh yeah, we were are not able to print on 5x7 cards...". So basically they knew this and no one notified me about it and they wasted my time on a time sensitive order.
