- B1Bucky 1Feb 19, 20261.0So apparently when a card arrives at the facility and is taking 5-6 days to process to get to me, that’s “on time” to USPS ??? That’s ridiculous!! By that time it will have sat long enough to get lost or damaged.
- LBLinda BayJan 22, 20261.0My daughter moved to a new address at St. Thomas Parkway and did not receive her large envelope sent to her by me. She finally found only a small portion of her mail at this Post Office and the one I sent was not found. One of the postal workers must have taken it because there was a Christmas card with a gift card for my daughter. They never sent my daughter a notice to pick up her mail and they never sent the envelope back to me. This Post Office needs to be investigated and after I am done writing this review, I will promptly make a report.

Not only have I reached out multiple times about them delivering my packages to my neighbors address, they still refuse to fix it! When I checked the mail this morning I found my mailbox left open (in the pouring rain) with a dozen letters addressed to the wrong address! My name is written in bold writing taped in my mailbox! I’m absolutely floored at the idiocy of this postal service.
