Very frustrating to get there shortly after four on a Saturday to find their drop off bins are jammed because they’re overfilled and nobody has bothered to empty them so people can continue to drop off pre-scanned/prepaid packages. This has happened before during the week as well.

Very easy to get my passport paperwork done and sent off. Picture taken on premises. Very nice lady behind the counter.

Made a rare visit to the redding main postal office to take a package for mailing. I had the package sealed but did not have any clear tape to affix the label. I waited my turn in line and went to the counter when called. I no sooner set the package down and was told in a facetious tone that I better find a way to put the label on it. I said can't you put a piece of tape over it and she scoffed said we don't do that. I told her yes they always do. She laughed and said well I don't and started to turn away from me. I asked for my neighbor who works there and she told me quite nastily that he was at a different location. I left with my package. Went and spent $10 on a roll of tape. Returned today to drop my taped label box off and darned if I didn't get the same clerk. She asked what she could do for me in a sarcastic tone and I told her absolutely nothing. Got her name(April) and walked out You should be ashamed of yourself. Feel good about treating a disabled old lady with such disdain? Hope you have the day you deserve.
