    The ups store has a really nice customer service they never disappoint. I have returned several items here at the ups store every step is very easy and doesn’t take time.

    This location severely overcharges for printing labels — more than 20 times the cost of other stores. When I’m already spending $50+ to ship an item, printing a label should be a complimentary service or at least reasonably priced. They have a printer that could easily be available for self-service, but instead they charge over $3 per label, compared to just $0.17 at FedEx. It feels like price gouging and poor customer care. I recommend taking your business somewhere that treats customers more fairly.
