I’m trying to get Theon boarding going and I tried to tell her I wasn’t given the option yet to add my id or social security card and she literally yelled at me saying yes you were like no I’m still waiting for you guys to sign my I-9 so I can get to that part

- RSRobert SandersOct 4, 20231.0Edited. Interesting to note that theres a common theme with Aurora and issues. They will just refuse you if you have an issue with them. Have had 2 issues with Aurora. Once during a workers comp claim where I was hospitalized for 3 days and she berated me for not getting a hold of them. Then refused to give me my medical paperwork back. 3 years later I return to re-sign for Job Stack and she became rude again. I returned to speak with the other employee Jose who wasn't there during the incident. He refuses to sign me up because of my asking to not deal with her. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! There are far better Temp. Agencies in the area. I suggest 02 staffing. Hers hoping People Ready (True Blue) figures out how poorly they are being served in the Redding office.

Love Paul, he has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé get on jobs, Definitely have had problems with Aurora though, she is very unprofessional and disrespectful and should not be working here and I see I have not been the only one to experience problems with her! She should be fired! Makes people not ever want to come back! She’s making Paul and the company look bad and they shouldn’t be looked at as that! Other than her, this place is amazing
