  I gave this location two chances, and both visits were enough to make sure I won’t be back. The first time, I came in for Amazon returns and asked about P.O. box rates. The employee helping me didn’t know, so he asked another staff member who seemed to be the manager. Instead of helping, that guy brushed off his own employee and never answered my question. Bad attitude, bad management, and a great first impression for all the wrong reasons. Today I came back for notarized signatures and ended up dealing with the same person. Same awful attitude. Rude, dismissive, and acting like helping a customer was a personal inconvenience. As soon as he noticed missing information on the form, he completely shut down instead of offering any real solution. It could have easily been fixed by printing a corrected page, which I was ready to pay for, but at that point I had zero interest in giving this location any more business. Plenty of other UPS stores manage to provide basic customer service without the attitude. I’ll be going to one of those instead.

  I searched the internet and there is information that states you do live scan~ this was on goggle~ So yes I was went in and was told it was not done at your location. Live Scan fingerprinting is available at The UPS Store #1672 in Rancho Santa Margarita, located at 22431 Antonio Pkwy B160. It is recommended to call ahead to verify availability. Other nearby options in Orange County include locations in Ladera Ranch (27762 Antonio Pkwy) and Lake Forest (25422 Trabuco Rd). I went in and was told they do not offer live scan. I also do not lie. Please call your Seo or website creator to update.

  I always use this UPS store for my returns. And I have nothing but the best things to say about your staff. They're always helpful and informative taking care of meand so patient when I ve gotten wrong. So thank you to all your staff! See you next week.

  The staff here came off as miserable. I sent out 4 things this afternoon and the person said 2 words to me. Ignored my greeting, etc. My normal Irvine UPS far supersedes this experience even while handling multiple customers. I gave 2 stars because at least this site had adequate staffing so there was no wait.
