Stopped in to mail some cards and letter and the line was long due to the holiday rush but the service was swift and of good quality. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. I use this location and the one on Marguerite in Mission Viejo and the both offer excellent customer service.

I would give this place a zero star if I can. The passport lady warned us to get here by our appointment time otherwise she would not see us. We got there on time but she was late for 10 mins. We were not very familiar with the process and shared that all these seem new to us and we didn’t recall it was how we got our kid the 1st passport. Then she got mad and raised her voice. We tried to calm her and pointed out that we were simply sharing our experience, if you didn’t like small talks, we would stop. But no, she went on and on and clearly wanted to escalate something really simple. She even threatened to return our application. Yes, she has the power to do this and she flexed on us. Now I see where my tax money goes. Great job USPS

The woman that processes the passport application was very rude and her english had a very thick accent. None of us could really understand what she was talking about. She took my passport photo with my eyes half closed. It was a mess. Definitely go somewhere else.
