- JBJana BorosJun 16, 20255.0FAST easy for my return shipping. Hint...don't lug your shipping items from car into store grab their handy cart (see pics) near front door!!! Which I did not see til after. "RETURN LABEL" code reader, print out machine: for faster service located to the left of the front entry (see my pics). ALL staff friendly and eager to help. One staff crew female, went outside to parking lot, to find the customer before me, to let her know that she was able to get the "problem fixed." The customer smiled in relief and happily returned into FedEx store!! Plenty of room through out the store to navigate wheel chairs, electric chairs, walkers, crutches, stilts, high heels......golf carts not so much!

The employees were nice but I had talked on the phone with customer service to talk about the issue and nothing was done about it. I’m so upset that i spent over $100 on a tire and they had let a random person steal my tire and i don’t get a refund? Please be more careful with peoples stuff. How could you let a random man named Tim steal my package at the Fedex Store when it’s under the name Kayhlie. I’m just disappointed that not only did the workers let a stranger steal my package but their customer service did nothing about it. Please be more careful with our packages
