- EBEric Bergstrom1 day ago1.0Got to my office early at 7:30 am because I wanted to be sure to be there for a delivery. I found a UPS note on my door saying that it needed a signature and they would come back later the same day. Why the hell was I the first one on the list to deliver to and SERIOUSLY, who gets to an office before 7:30 am??? I waited until 8:00 pm and no return delivery. POOR customer service. No way to track it, BAD. Customer Service - Non-existent. It wasn't my choice to use UPS, that was the sender's fault. I'll go out of my way to tell people to use any other service.
