Complaint Letter I am writing to file a complaint about the rude and unfair service at the USPS drop-off area The official closing time is 4:30 PM, but when I arrived at 4:00 PM on April 27th, the staff member shouted loudly and claimed the service was already closed. At the same time, an elderly customer with a small number of packages was allowed to drop off his items, while I was refused even though I only had 2 small packages to drop off. You may check the surveillance video footage at 4:00 PM on April 27th for verification. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I request a proper investigation and an improvement in service attitude and fairness.

Just moved to Rancho and it’s been absolute disgrace to deal with this post office. The courier has refused to deliver my mail for a month He put a total of 4 vacant notices in my box despite filling out all of them he still refuses to deliver my mail. The supervisor still wants to investigate and “figure things out” despite my multiple grievances filed as the courier’s story doesn’t match the documented, and escalated formal grievances. They’re stil giving this man the benefit of the doubt knowing this is a federal crime. I will be following up with my complaint with the FTCA Oh not to mention the bald black man told me no one would help me and he walked away as I attended ted to explain my concern. He advised that I file a complain and call the FTCA RATHER THAN HEARING ME SPEAK FOR 30 SECONDS TO UNDERSTAND THERES CLEARLY ERROR AND MISHANDLING OF MAIL.

Huge thank you to Jeremy for being so helpful during the process of mailing out save the dates and wedding invites. I originally had gone to the upland post office to mail my save the dates but when I inquired about something specific they said they “didn’t have that service” which I know for a fact was not true. Then I drove to Rancho and Jeremy immediately helped me with what I needed. Amazing experience, and so much so that I went back when mailing my invites and was helped by him again. Thank you Jeremy for your great customer service!!!

i had an issue with a package, so i called the customer service line. the kind lady referred me to this location, so i called this one. four times. no one answered. i even had someone else call and no answer. i then went in person and the line was HORRENDOUS because there was only one person working. on a saturday. i tried talking to him about the issue i was having with my package and he just kept walking away while i was talking. i waited until i could actually talk to him and he said that there's nothing he could do (even though the lady on the phone said i could just bring my photo id and they could help me). i understand that he was busy, but that's not an excuse to not listen.
