I’m not sure how a post office could get any worse. Avoid at all costs unless you have 1.5 hours to wait in line for no resolution. My entire apartment complex has their mail on hold and I see it is supposed to be delivered on my informed delivery, but yet my mail is no where to be found.

Worst post office! Avoid at all cost. I came here to drop off and mail my package, however due to my package being larger than the dropbox I stood in a long line to retrieve a receipt. After waiting for a long period of time I get to the front counter and the rep instead of saying hi as normal worker would for customer service I got met with a lecture telling me next time I come here I need to go to the kiosk to get a receipt because I’m taking up space in a long line and she can’t give me a receipt when she could. Very rude. I am a grown adult and to be lectured as if I am a child is Absolutely disrespectful and uncalled for. She could’ve simply scan the package and gave me the receipt, but instead wanted to lecture me. I have been to this post office many But this was the final straw that I will never return back to this location again due to the poor customer service. Plus, it was very ridiculous that they had only one person working the line. I am pretty empathic when it comes to knowing how the post office can be grueling sometimes and a customer service but Today was completely uncalled for and I understand it’s the holidays but at the end of the day, you should still have customer service and do your job.

Does anyone here ever pick up a phone? I've been trying to get through to get an update on my claim because my package's tracking # said it was delivered a parcel locker when I don't have one where I live. Absolutely infuriating.
