I’m extremely frustrated with this post office. There was only one window open with over 40 people in line at 8:30am. I left and came back at 11, and it was still the same. One employee working is unacceptable — nothing against him, he was very kind — but they clearly need more staff. I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for something that took 30 seconds. I couldn’t use the kiosk because of my package size. When I finally got to the window, the clerk was rude and short with me, told me to step aside to finish writing addresses because I slip I completed was incorrect, and even threatened to take a break if I didn’t move. I wasn’t rude at all. I understand being frustrated, but that’s no way to speak to a customer.

The line at this location is ALWAYS 30 people long. So rather than wait in the line, I used the self serve machine and scanned my package, hoping to drop my package in the package drop off window. However, the window to drop packages off was stuffed and was unable to receive my package. It was then that I noticed that a side area door was open and a clerk was talking to a customer. I walked over hoping to let the clerk know that the window was jammed. But she was quick to tell that she wasn't going to take my package and went back to talking to the customer. The customer then said go ahead and talk to her (me) so we can finish. And the clerk said, I'm done with her, so go ahead. But I hadn't said anything more than the window is full. She again said, I'm NOT taking your package and yells at me in front of the 30 person line. The clerk was unsympathetic, uncaring and very rude. She made me feel very small.

This location is falsely marking packages as "delivered to Parcel Locker" instead of actually delivering the packages. I had a packaged marked as delivered on the 9th at 7:37pm. It is now the 11th of February and no package has arrived. So I went into this severely understaffed USPS location and was told that in their notes state that my package is still at their location. In fact, it was lost or "missplaced" due to its small size. I was told it would be delivered some time this week but it's now impossible to recieve a delivery confirmation since one was already falsely forged. This order contains fine jewelry and this is completely unacceptable for mail that is actively supposed to be tracked. It's sad that the Mail Processing Clerks are doing this, because it falls on the mail delivery people; whom never received the package to deliver in the first place. Get it together Rancho Cucamonga USPS.
