- KHK HDec 3, 20251.0Shockingly bad! Just go to the one on Arrow, you'll save time even its a pain to get there. The people that work here make it worse than the DMV. Absolutely no exigency or care for the crazy line that is always there. I waited 45 min with only 7 people in front on me.
