  Recently, this store decided to start charging customers to tape up their package being returned to Amazon. Although I think it’s excessive, I’ve paid the two dollar fee. However, today I encountered a rude young man by the name of Randy, who proceeded to tell me it’s two dollars per strip of tape now. I explained I’ve been coming here for a very long time. I was aware they recently started to charge two dollars for tape but not per strip. When I asked for a manager, he gave me the store number which just took me back to him. I said then I’ll leave my phone number for the manager to call me and he laughed and said they would not call me back. If business is that bad that you have to gouge your customers over tape and then don’t even have a customer service practice to address concerns, you must need the extra two dollars more than me just to keep your doors open. Do better!

  A young man with long, slightly white hair refused to help me with a return, even after I offered to pay for the packaging, so I left it here because that's what Amazon asked me to do.

  They need more experienced people at the store. I went for a passport picture and the guy working at the store said the camera isn’t working , when I asked since how long he sd months, can you beat that? UPS can’t afford to replace a camera. On top of that they refused a customer to drop off a package saying they don’t have space( wanted the customer to go to another location when it was almost 4:45pm). They need to work on this store. This is my first time sharing my experience about this location. Me and my wife always feel like the employees don’t want to work and avoid workload. I hope UPS takes some action about all this.

  Over charged multiple items compared to other UPS Stores. Also, refused to put my return to sender address where I stay. Stated I needed to put local address or can not send package. I literally live across the country 2,500 miles away but the guy told me I had to have a local California address Worst experience in my entire life with this location and person. Would recommend if needing UPS Store stay far away from this location.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store long before Amazon took over as a return place. Used to have a business mailbox here years ago. People need to understand just how hard the employees are working, and the amount of packages they have to deal with. On so many occasions I see people so confused when they have to pay for a box, or tape for a return. This is a business, and the tape is not that expensive. Customers should know this going in. Anyway, just wanted to share and say that they do a fantastic job, even when people go there for a FREE RETURN, and still complain… Keep up the good work!
