  Literally the worst. Impossible to get a CSR on the phone and no way to talk to anyone on site. Zero communication between CSR’s, anyone working on site or the drivers. Even if a case has been opened, they will not note your account with details of conversations or promises made by CSR’s. I was assured twice I could pick up my package, that it was held for me on site and twice I showed up and my package was else where. Horrible experience. I also stood in the office for 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk to help me, I had to knock on employee door twice.
