The tracking would still say "accepted at Rancho Cordova" but no movement is made for weeks. I talked to a male staff to look for the packages. He dismissed me right away and told that they scanned and shipped all the packages here, nothing is stored here. And basically it is my responsibility now. Please be careful!

I believe this person is lazy and really didn’t want to actually waste time delivering it to me which is really disappointing ! Shame on you if you read this Mareil. I feel like this how packages get stolen or somehow lost after they return back to the facility. This was such a waste of my time being on the phone and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to pick up Complain to All because of this lazy worker in Rancho Cordova ca who didn’t actually walk up to my door and knock 🤦🏼♂️
