I detracted two stars because the post office should be trying to compete as an independent business. How this applies to my local branch is this: The post office in my pretty little mountain town is ugly. Ugly and uncomfortable. Ugly like Mid-Cold War USSR government offices. Why? It would be awesome it see some of the misused funds pointed towards competition with the other main carries of post and package. Just sayin, we know it's important for success.
