I went to the Videotron store in my neighbourhood, Verdun. It was a great experience. I booked my appointment online, and was promptly greeted at the door by Mya. She helped me sign up/purchase a Motorola G Play phone with Talk and Text plan; as it was my first experience owning a mobile phone, her help and advice made all the difference. After I came home, I needed to ask her a final question. And as she was busy with a customer, she called back about 15 minutes later to confirm the information that I needed. The store is quite new, and was busy enough on that Tuesday morning, that I would recommend booking an appointment. They had everything I needed in stock, so no 'waiting around'. As I already have cable service at Videotron, their choice of phone and call plan was the perfect fit. Thank you to Videotron and Mya.
