  Worst kind of customer support. AI agent on the phone lines does not understand properly and hangs up instead of transferring to a real human. And to add insult to injury, the AI agent dares to play keyboard sounds on the phone as if it was typing... What a joke

  Delivery guys were great this morning. Problem is that our sofa would not fit in the stairwell, which is not their fault, so I'm looking into whether I need to hire a third party to hoist it over my balcony. However, I have been trying to get in contact with RXO by phone the entire day. I called this morning, selected 1 to receive a call back, no call came after waiting since 9:30 this morning. Tried to call again and just waited on hold for 2 hours (it's now 4:45 PM) with nobody picking up - I'm not convinced they have anyone answering the phones as I've only dealt with automated systems so far, and the phone system for booking malfunctioned at that. I can't just use their rebooking system and have them show up in the 4 hour time slot because I won't be able to coordinate with a mover, so I need to be able to speak with a real person. Incredibly frustrating. Update: Forgot to update this 5 months ago, but RXO did get back to us via email. Ultimately, though EQ3 was able to resolve the issue more quickly directly with RXO's warehouse before their customer service did. Updated from one star to three stars.

  Nous avions une livraison de meuble, deux petits sofa, à Montréal. Lors de l'achat en magasin, il a été mentionné que nous vivions au 2e étage avec un escalier extérieur droit. Les livreurs sont arrivés à 2, ont patienté 30 minutes devant chez moi puis sont repartis sans dire un mot. La compagnie m'a rappeler pour dire qu'ils auraient dû être 4 pour la livraison. Nous avons prévue une deuxième journée de livraison une semaine plus tard. Ben les v'la tu pas qui arrive ENCORE à 2 pour livrer. Ils restent là 30 minutes assis dans leur camion et repartent encore. J'imagine que je vais devoir attendre une autre semaine et perdre encore une journée de travail pour une livraison éventuelle? Compagnie de ridicule, ne faite pas affaire avec eux. Personne ne parle français, leurs communications sont merdiques et j'attends toujours mes meubles après 3 semaines.

  They delivered my IKEA Furniture. Since we’re in the middle of a pandemic, they weren’t able to come all the way inside and I wouldn’t expect them to but they still went out of their way to make it easy for me. Great service, arrived on time, called to tell me they were close so I wasn’t just waiting around all day for a delivery. Thank you! :)
