  Worst kind of customer support. AI agent on the phone lines does not understand properly and hangs up instead of transferring to a real human. And to add insult to injury, the AI agent dares to play keyboard sounds on the phone as if it was typing... What a joke

  Delivery guys were great this morning. Problem is that our sofa would not fit in the stairwell, which is not their fault, so I'm looking into whether I need to hire a third party to hoist it over my balcony. However, I have been trying to get in contact with RXO by phone the entire day. I called this morning, selected 1 to receive a call back, no call came after waiting since 9:30 this morning. Tried to call again and just waited on hold for 2 hours (it's now 4:45 PM) with nobody picking up - I'm not convinced they have anyone answering the phones as I've only dealt with automated systems so far, and the phone system for booking malfunctioned at that. I can't just use their rebooking system and have them show up in the 4 hour time slot because I won't be able to coordinate with a mover, so I need to be able to speak with a real person. Incredibly frustrating.

  C'est la compagnie de livraison la plus pourrie au Québec. C'est honteux. J'ai fait affaire avec eux 2 fois cette année, les livreurs ne sont pas respectueux. Les responsables vendent du mensonge. Je ne comprends pas comment IKEA travaille avec cette compagnie. Ce n'est pas la peine de prendre le service de livraison pour avoir un rendu pareil. Il n'y a aucune organisation. Je n'achèterai plus jamais à IKEA afin d'avoir un service de livraison tant qu'IKEA fait affaire avec cette compagnie. Soyez professionnels svp.

  XPO delivered my Ikea furniture. They called before arriving and were perfectly on time. The delivery people were polite, removed their shoes and brought everything in. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

  Bon service de livraison, courtois et serviable. Toutefois, respect de l'horaire difficile et ne parle pas français. Cela dit, le service téléphonique est réellement mauvais, peu serviable et fièrement unilingue anglais. Speak white calisse.
