  Je viens de sortir du vidéotrons avec un nouveau téléphone! J'ai été servie par Nichita Dimitrov. Un excellent service! Polie, courtois, et a l'écoute des besoins de sa clientèle. Je suis satisfaite de mon achats. Je recommande vivement.

  The rude employees there are discriminatory and racist. Went in looking to add lines and phones for my family because of multi line discount and they didn’t want to help me because they claim of fraud.. and basically said I was committing fraud when I always pay my bill on time and have multi services, I’ll be switching over to a big company like Roger’s that aren’t racist and discriminatory. No wonder these clowns are only in Quebec. Avoid Elias the sales agent and I’ll be reporting the store to corporate, also they are selling open box phones as new products to customers who don’t know better.
