    Excellent service avec Sabrina chez Vidéotron. Très gentille, professionnelle et à l’écoute. Elle a pris le temps de bien répondre à toutes mes questions et de tout expliquer clairement. On sent qu’elle veut vraiment aider ses clients, merci encore pour le super service !

    The service with Vidéotron is catastrofic. Sometimes they take more than they’re supposed to on a payment, even of you re-confirm the amount on the recap. It happened to me more than once and they don’t have any mechanism to reverse that on the spot. Their biling is absolutely chaotic. I have both internet and mobility with them and each one is on a different platform. For some reason I’m able to access the platform for Hélix internet but for Mobility I can’t access the platform. Their customer service is totally lost about that issue and is unable to resolve it, which means that I’m paying my bill without being able to visualise what I’m actually paying. Pathetic service for real
