  Middle-aged woman in charge will “of course you not” when ask if there are cheaper options for their service, with a weird smile will tell you that your documents will be held in customs and be surprised when you answer rudely to her terrible and rude customers service. Tourists, dont leave your money here, go to UPS across the street.

  I paid C$137 (!) for a package with a mug and two greeting cards to be shipped from Montreal to the US, with the shipping agent telling me it would be there in two days. Accepting that insane price is on me, but at that price I would certainly have expected FedEx to come through. Instead, FedEx repeatedly delayed my international shipment. It arrived at the facility in Kentucky only to be turned around and sent back to Memphis where I have seen "clearance delay" on the tracking page for nearly a month now. I have zero hope of either having the package arrive to its destination or getting it back myself. Customer service has been thoroughly unhelpful and unable to provide accurate or consistent information about where it was or when it would arrive. Most recently, they are asking me to pay for shipping to have it sent back to Canada (this is after the $137 initial fee). I have been unable to move from speaking with frontline customer service agents to managers. The former promise a callback from a manager which never arrives. I would strongly recommend not using FedEx.

  Je souhaite souligner l’excellent service reçu aujourd’hui de la part d’un livreur FedEx à Verdun. Malgré un colis très lourd et le fait que je ne pouvais pas le transporter moi-même, il a eu la gentillesse de le monter jusqu’au 2e étage. Un geste qui allait au-delà de ses obligations et qui démontre un réel souci du service à la clientèle. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide et votre professionnalisme! 🙏👏 Verdun, le 16 juin en matinée.
