  Quel mauvais service! Date de livraison remit 3 fois. Jappel au service client, toit ce qu'on propose c'est d'aller le chercher soi-même. Je prend congé car je doit être présent pour une signature et ils ont même pas foutu de respecter leurs dates.

  ​Avoid At All Costs: A Black Hole for Packages ​If you enjoy paying a company to lose your property and gaslight you about its existence, FedEx is the courier for you. ​My package has been rotting at their Mirabel location (Roche, 12005 Rue Cargo A3 De-La, Mirabel, QC J7N 1H2) since May 17th without a single update. It has officially entered a localized black hole where tracking numbers go to die. ​When you call customer service to find out why they are failing at their one job, you are met with absolute incompetence. They know nothing, they explain nothing, and they resolve nothing. It is a masterclass in uselessness. ​FedEx is an absolute garbage tier service run by an organization that clearly prides itself on zero accountability. Save your sanity, your money, and your time: use literally anyone else. ​Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I could give negative stars, I would)

  J’ai envoyé un colis et on m’avait indiqué un délai de livraison de 2 à 3 jours le colis n’est toujours pas arrivé et je suis très déçu du service reçu. Les délais annoncés n’ont pas été respectés et je n’ai pas obtenu le niveau de fiabilité attendu. Lorsqu’une entreprise donne une estimation de livraison, les clients s’attendent à ce qu’elle soit respectée ou à être informés correctement des retards. Très mauvaise expérience avec ce service.
