  Service pourri! Mal géré. Seulement 2 employés, très lents avec aucun sens du service à la clientèle, pour une ligne d’attente de 45 minutes et plus et 4 clients différents entrain d’attendre! Inacceptable, incompétents!

  I buy a new cell phone , now I have a problem with it it hasn't been a year, so I go threw Google all ready to send me a cell phone but now they need an email well it was video tran sales person who created the email. And now he doesn't remember what it was and doesn't have it in the file. So now I can't get new cell phone because Vidéotron doesn't have any in stock. I can't believe this. He sas sorry my fault but there is nothing I can do. Unbelivbable
